Do not leave the device unattended during operation.
Keep the inside of the machine clean. Residues and chippings accumulated during cutting and engraving are dangerous and may cause a fire.
Do not engrave or cut any material that contains PVC or vinyl.
Laser operation is prohibited when the lid is lifted. Make sure that the lid is closed during operation.
Always keep a well-maintained C02 fire extinguisher or a fire blanket within arm's reach of your laser. If it's a small flame, a spray bottle is enough.
Lasers create fumes and smoke. It is important to create a proper ventilation system to ensure respiratory safety. Ventilation could be through a window or an air purifying system.
